By: Putri Cahya Ramadhanti/15219063

Hello, everyone!
This time, I'm gonna tell you about theory in GOT7 Flight Log Trilogy Album. Because the album isn't just about music and performances, there is a story behind their music video, start with Flight Log: Departure album, released on March 21, 2016. Followed by Flight Log: Turbulence album, released on September 27, 2016. And end with Flight Log: Arrival album, released on March 13, 2017.
GOT7 is a South Korean boy band formed by JYP Entertainment. The group is composed of seven members: JB, Mark, Jackson, Park Jinyoung, Choi Youngjae, Bambam, and Kim Yugyeom. GOT7 debuted in January 2014 with the release of their first EP Got it?, which number one on Billboard's World Album Chart. to facilitate you, I hope you can recognize the 7 members of GOT7.
And now, let's start with the theory :)

FLIGHT LOG: DEPARTURE
I suggest you watch the video first to facilitate you with the explanation.
Begins with all members having fun in a car ride, with JB as a driver and the rest of the members having fun on the backseat.
No longer, Jinyoung falls asleep leaning against the car window, and when he wakes up, he is in the room with 6 members play around and Jackson still with his video camera, recording. But here the point you have to notice, the timer on Jackson camera is stopped recording.
Also, Bambam's face is still drawn with markers. Besides, all of them are still wearing the same clothes, right?. As you can see, why Jackson doesn't recording Jinyoung? Even they act like can't see him. No one interacts with Jinyoung. When Jinyoung saw his reflection in the mirror, he did not see the others, as if there was only him in the room.

And if you notice, there are 2 Nirvana posters on the wall. I think this can be the point for the theory. Nirvana In the Buddhist context, refers to the realization of non-self and emptiness, marking the end of rebirth by stilling the fires that keep the process of rebirth going. Nirvana is a place of perfect peace and happiness, like heaven. In Hinduism and Buddhism, nirvana is the highest state that someone can attain, a state of enlightenment, meaning a person's individual desires and suffering go away.

In the next scene, Jinyoung wakes up again in the car and the rest of the members is playing outside.
And then something happens, the members on by one start to "fly". Start with Youngjae and Jackson, next with per member scene which shows they are starting to " fly" too. Jackson:
Youngjae:
JB:
Yugyeom:
Mark:
Bambam:
But, in the middle, Jackson stop "fly". He is seat and recording other members while they are flying.
The last setting, showing Jinyoung on top of the building and finally jumped.

Explanation :
As my interception, they get into a tragic accident. Five members died or really in danger of dying, which is JB, Mark, Youngjae, Bambam, and Yugyeom. But, I'm not really sure about Yugyeom (i will explain why I'm not sure about Yugyeom letter). The story is perspective from Jinyoung, who is in a coma.  This puts him in the state where he will drift closer and further from his body as he fights to still alive. I can conclude 5 members died, here's my proof:
1. As we can see in the second set, they are starting to " fly", where I conclude actually them dying one by one.
2. In the scene where there a train, it symbolizes the soul and body. Up represent when the spirit floats away from their body. Down represent when the spirit gets pulled back toward their body when they fight to still alive.
3. The scene where JB starts to levitate from the bed because his spirit starts to escape from his body when he really nearly dies.
4. At the same scene, you can see 5 birds flying, it symbolizes 5 spirits is "fly away" from the body.
5. JB throughout the video is seen as having a relationship with a small parakeet. When JB starts to levitate, the parakeet is disappeared from the cage. The parakeet is represented what's going on to happen. JB's spirit drifts away from his body.
6. Jackson does not continue to fly after the first time, instead, we see him sitting or standing while recording others. The reason is that Jackson is alive or coma with Jinyoung. His spirit is with his body.

Every setting is connected by foggy air. There one scene shows Jinyoung running through the foggy air. This symbolizes the moment after the accident, where he falls into a coma. His spirit is lost.

Jinyoung wakes up in the world, which he made up in his mind. For Jinyoung it feels real because the last thing he remembers is falling asleep. When he 'wakes up', the first person he sees is Mark. I think it because the last person before he falls asleep is Mark (or we can say, Mark its the last memories before he coma), it shows before Jinyoung falling asleep, Mark gives his earphone to Jinyoung before the accident.

Jackson record every moment, because in Jinyoung's mind, Jackson symbolizes memories. The timer on Jackson's camera is stopped. It is stopped by the time accident happened. People in a coma never know how much time has passed.

In Jinyoung's world, which is he made, he wakes up in the car like the accident never happens. To him, memories in the room are a dream and when he wakes up in the backseat of the car is real. He looks out to the outside to see how the trip went. However, for him, it feels like they are still on the trip.

Jinyoung then ends up at the buildings in his dream world. It's defining the moment in his coma. He wants to jump because he wants to "fly" like others. But what actually happened is Jinyoung decides to live or die. After Jinyoung "jumps", he still falling while the other continues to fly.
there are only 5 who are flying because they are who in critical condition or die.
